Whisper it - the idea is actually a good one. Having an accomplished business person who isn’t afraid to piss people off, sliding into government and taking a root-and-branch examination of government costs, is actually an enlightened idea.

I mean, obviously, not this fucking guy or that fucking guy. And leave policy alone. But except for those big caveats, there must be easy wins to run government purchasing and expenditure better.
