Love season one. I have only read some sci-fi, like Philip K. Dick, Douglas Adams, Octavia Butler, and Asimov, but the Altered Carbon trilogy by Richard Morgan was a great read. Joel Kinnaman is the perfect cast for Takeshi in the series. It’s a shame that the rights were sold and the company didn’t produce it well
