Depends where you are, you can still get UVA but it may be minimal. Still getting outside will help your circadian rhythm.
Other things you can do:
Infrared Light soucres like fire, incandescent bulbs, red light therapy → Mitochondrial function & recovery
Cold Exposure outdoor time → Nitric Oxide, brown fat activation & Dopamine .
DHA-Rich Foods e.g. fatty fish, eggs, grass-fed meat → Neurotransmitter production & brain function.
I wouldn’t recommend tanning beds, because they isolate UVA without the natural balancing effects of sunlight (UVB + infrared), leading to more oxidative damage to skin. Not good.
