Well...I'm turning into an absolute slug lately...but I have read 8 books in the past week so I guess that's something...and I only did the indoor rides today with the gale warning we've been under all day steady 25 mph wind with gusts to 40...so I only did 16 miles today and that is one of the lowest riding days all year...just started to take the leaves out of the garage to the curb and remembered it was a holiday so we're one day late for pickup..oh, well...good afternoon!
