Xfinity CONSTANTLY throttles our speed. But something I've noticed is when I run an internet speed test, I immediately after we get a massive boost in internet performance.
So essentially Xfin is monitoring your http requests and when one goes in for a speed test they dial back the throttling and give you the speed you are paying for.
I've run this test many times and it has worked EVERY SINGLE TIME.
