While I am 100% with you on the idea and spirit, it only works on a healthy mind. If you have an unhealthy mind, it can falsely trigger these mechanisms in a way that you thought you were in a state that you were not.
Many people in the #Bitcoin and #nostr communities are on a good path for understanding how to improve their lives, but many of us are coming from lives they need an escape hatch from. Myself included to various degrees across aspects of my life.
There is a healing process. #BTC is hope, free speech is a human right.
I would add to this check list, study your own behavior, as an individual, and ensure that you align yourself with your intent. We sometimes deviate from our goals without deploying self realization.
