Nostr is the protocol and the clients use relays to pass around events/messages (posts etc). There is no central server or cdn. AFAIK the only way will be to link to media hosted on a hosting service.
I’m hoping some of the clients build this functionality in to streamline posting media.
I’m dying to post memes here 😅
