I got a text out of the blue. “Hi Paul, this is Mark. I was wondering if you would be interested in selling [address]? I am interested in buying it.” They did put in the real address.
My inclination is to ignore, I'm not ready to sell. I’m tempted to answer “$2 million in cash. Small bills.” But my brain says to not reply. I know it is likely a scam.
