If we were a serious people, we would leverage the portions of federal and provincial human rights codes against discriminatory hiring, which should be an easy case to prove given how blatant they are about it.
Start small and target privately owned employers (especially retail) with lawsuits and human rights complaints. They don’t have the corporate money and lawyers.
With a little publicity, I could see it taking off. Canadians are fed up and even the bleeding hearts are saying there are too many.
