I haven't found it in the settings anywhere, but is there an option to turn off the "hide image" icon in the top left corner of images?

Half the time it's over the first part of an image, which is frequently a screenshot showing text. This often results in me having to click images to see the full image, when I'm just missing a word or a few letters that could drastically impact how you'd read the text ;)
