Did you know that Sir Roger Banister, the 1st sub four minute miler was a brain surgeon in later life🤔? Additionally, his time was beaten about 2 weeks later by a Finnish athlete, can't take it away from the guy though👍🏻. Why I'm prattling shit, have you ever tried to run at 13mph on a treadmill🤔? It is PHENOMINALLY hard, genuinely like sprinting, at least for me it is, you would last a few minutes at best. The very very best marathon runners run a fraction under that pace for nearly 2 hours😳. Watch them on the TV, it looks they are just ambling along but fuck me...!! Getting back to Sir Roger, he ran a bit faster than 16mph for his just under 4 minute mile.
