I always think of this in two ways as a bitcoiner. The price is coming down in sats, we know that. If you buy a cheap one and expect it to last a year or two, how many times would have to buy a cheap one to equal an expensive one designed to last a lifetime, or 10 or 20 years. Then compare the cost and effort.
No, you should not just cook indoors if you enjoy cooking outdoors or of the time.
Finally, gas is convenient, but lumpwood charcoal in a ceramic grill is awesome.
