On a related note, HR asked everyone to upload suitable pictures to their Teams profile or email them to us directly, with some guidelines on what a suitable pic should look like (clear photo of their face, plain background, full colour, natural expression, no filters).

One woman sent a pic that was so heavily filtered you couldn’t see her nose, it blended into her cheeks. Her face was a white oval with eyes and a mouth. So many others were clearly taken on nights out, glammed up, really bad lighting, one with drink in her hand. 😆

They’ve been given a chance to try again, and if they still can’t send something suitable their manager will take one for them.
