Linux is weak in that department. some of the professional apps have Linux support but it's extremely limited. like, if you wanna run DaVinci Resolve on Linux, you HAVE to use a specific distribution. Linux binary compatibility between distros is kinda shit. even Linus Torvalds complains about that, since he acknowledges that proprietary software isn't going away.",
