Here's the thing, Vietnamese ATC call outs contradict the Inmarsat data.

At 18:40 UTC Vietnamese ATC says it's landing. Prior to this, Vietnamese ATC sees it near Cambodia and prior to that it sees it just after BITOD which is 400 nautical miles from IGARI.

At that time, Inmarsat is claiming it's on the other side of Malaysia, near Penang.

So either Vietnamese ATC on the night is lying (we have the logs and times) or the Inmarsat data is false.

Also, on the night there are several calls to police including walk in reports of a plane on fire. Mike McKay sees the plane burning and turning.

The only tracking across Malaysia is one primary radar image, not disclosed to public. In fact we have only one image of it, taken at the families conference a few days after the incident. Apparently they know it's mh370 but did not send any interception planes.

Five eyes is house in Penang. Operation Cobra Gold is happening in the Gulf of Thailand. So there's no excuse. If fact two AWACS were tracked in the area on the night.

This is why I think the cockpit calls are not odd, because when you realise that he's talking to the other AWACS then you realise they asked him for his flight level then told him to move. Good night mh370 is not the last message, it's alright goodnight said by the co pilot. Thus both pilots say it However they want you to believe it was only one. I found the ABC News voice recording of the copilot saying it, so that's a red flag.

There's a LOT that ties it to an accidental shooting down in the Gulf of Thailand than any other evidence, and this is ONLY looking at the evidence on the night and Occam's razor.

Everything else is speculation.
