The court finding? 'Well, it's "QUESTIONABLE" whether we should allow this. Ultimately, we think we shouldn't because that could set a legal precedent which could cause harmful effects to the law.'
That was their conclusion after discussing whether or not Canada and Alberta received enough "economic benefit" to compensate them. Because that's really all our lives are worth.
