Leela now has gotten into the habit of -- at around dawn each morning -- of settling down longitudinally along my chest with her face a couple of inches from mine. She stays that way for quite some time. I feel her warm breath on my face as she silently stares at me. I assume she's trying to decide if she will permit me to live for another day. Obviously, so far so good.
