Well...finally got my streaming service working just in time for the England/Netherlands match and it is nice to have everything working again...it's been a pretty normal day with one indoor and two outdoor rides in but the heat has my right calf and foot pretty swollen so I had to put the compression socks on for the first time this summer...luckily, it's only 74 here right now so I can tolerate it...have chicken legs, pork chops, and small red potatoes to go on the grill at halftime...
