I'm a very happy atheist and I abhor religion. However, I'm not trying to convert people of faith. Live and let live as long as your faith doesn't co-opt the US government. Having said that, I think it is reprehensible that France has banned the hijab from the Olympics. Maybe they should ban the Christian cross and the Star of David as well for the sake of the Olympic spirit.
