Would it be possible to build a NOSTR electronic medical record system where patients have access to their records and can share those records with their physician by providing pub key or a signed message? Medications, Labs, Imaging, could all be easily accessed - poor data sharing among numerous systems that don’t communicate with each other is responsible for ordering repeat tests and a plethora of medical errors.
