First up, browned butter oatmeal chocolate chip! Sprinkled with crushed Maldon flakes for a gentle salty finish!
Then, chocolate peppermint snaps with added white chocolate, the cocoa butter kind not palm oil. These are delightfully chewy-crisp!
And lastly, what I'm subbing "chocolate snow cookies" because "Dutch cocoa cookies" was less fun and they have that lovely frosted look from rolling in sugar! #baking #gaybaking
