I can't overstate how big of a godsend "send later" features are. When someone at work asks me to remind them of something, I immediately create a message in Teams and set it to send later when they wanted a reminder.
They don't have to remember, I don't have to remember, it's not on anyone's to do list in the meantime, and it just happens.
