My morning meditation client was stuck in traffic outside Philly (shockingly enough). He called to cancel, and we rescheduled, but I spent 20 minutes on the phone guiding him through a meditation to keep him from losing his temper behind the wheel.
Oddly enough, the same thing happened with another client a few months ago. She was stuck in traffic, had to cancel, and I guided her through the same sort of meditation as she sat in traffic. Hm. Untapped market? 😂
