I think I have a bureaucracy-specific cognitive impairment. I've spent a large part of my day trying to understand the application form for an EU grant proposal I'm part of and I'm just incapable of doing it. The words just start swimming across my eyes and refuse to make any sense. Does anyone else have this and how do you deal with it? It's quite a problem as an academic.
