if you're fortunate enough to live in a country that has good social/welfare services, and you're really struggling, it might be a good idea to set your pride aside and accept some help. it's pretty humiliating, yes, but the goal is to solve problems, and that's their job. the system is there to be used. and if you're using it according to the way it was designed, no one should judge you.
