This is more rampant than most people know or would believe. "Couple-friendly" hotels, rest rooms, fitting rooms, changing rooms (gyms, swimming pools) are common locations. The onus should not be on unsuspecting persons to protect themselves. This needs a concerted crackdown.

This is image-based abuse. All of these surreptitiously recorded videos are sold as p0rn to different entities in the supply chain. Some of them are into #sextortion. The rot is widespread and deep.
