You can fix an ouchy popped bra hook. If, like me, you don’t care about invisible-stitching something few (or no) people will see, you don’t need to dismantle the whole apparatus. Just rip enough of the stitches to remove the broken hook, slide in a new one, and stitch it in place. This was my first attempt and I made no effort to match anything, so it isn’t neat and pretty, but it doesn’t need to be. Bras in weird sizes are very expensive, and I fixed this one for pennies.
