I know McDonald's thinks it's being tech forward, but their stores are chaos. Some customers ordering on the kiosk, some at the counter, some half and half. Eight people swimming around behind the counter, not knowing where the orders are. Seven of us waiting for order delivery, fourteen cars deep at the drive-through.Whoever designed this system never worked at McDonald's. I only ever stop while I'm traveling but that's it for that.
