I don't see why you make this about you, that dude shat on the newspaper, in a crass manner, that is all. He actually agreed with Linus, he just can't meet Linus anywhere cause their worlds online are totally different.

I don't know man, you have to say what you mean, you can't just throw "us" and "them" stuff out there like that as if I'm gonna divine what you mean. Are you talking about civilized people who can make a point without being offensive? Are you trans? Are you gay? Are you a liberal? Are you a conservative? A christian? What is your issue with what was said? Was it the term "woke", "communist" or the dude's manner of talking? Or is it that you are judging that dude's character?

I only mentioned the "woke" part in my comment. Linus' definition of woke is obviously stuck in the past, where "woke" had positive vibes. That has changed now. Some dude in that thread actually explained what "woke" means now with concrete examples. I'm for the old "woke" and against the new "woke" myself.
