KOSA is the kind of thing that’s really disillusioned me about democracy. because it really feels like this has come up before, forced a lot of ppl to respond and fight it, and when it was defeated they just brought it back again for another round. then THAT was defeated and they waited a bit and did it again. and kept doing it until, if it passes now, it’s just out of sheer fatigue
