I heard someone mention that the gov't's failed submissions site for the Treaty Principles Bill used a Google reCAPTCHA form which only allows a limited number of loads per day on the 'free' plan... Is it possible that our gov't has created a full dependence on a 'free' proprietary service from a foreign US corporation for our fundamental democratic processes? Here's why that's especially poor judgement:
