Is the mostr relay strfry? I'm thinking you might be able to leverage bogofilter or something similar against it via the plugin system. Either that or only allow mostr.pub to write messages, possibly with a "followed only" mode for not immediately discarding messages. It would tie the bridge in closer to the relay though, dunno how important it is to keep them separated for your design goals
