I tend to hover over the block button if I see posts with 15 hashtags designed to spray the note, some red flag hashtags include: zap, plebchain, zapathon (unless it's happening), asknostr when there is no question or a pretty obvious fake question, and the nostr hashtag lol. Most of these are probably just worth blocking tbh
