So annoyed, got around to buying #PSO for the #Dreamcast, but Ver. 2 didn't come with the Serial Number/Access Key insert! :/
It doesn't really matter, because it's not hard to generate a serial number, but I'm still disappointed I paid £80 for "Mint, Complete" copies and didn't get that.
