I have an old laptop with IrDA. Anything I type up on my Pocket PC or any voice recordings or notes that I take, I just sit it down next to the computer and instantly the files are transferred.

It's so awesome and much more convenient than plugging the cable in and transferring through Active Sync or WMDC.

From what I have read, Microsoft stripped IrDA out of Windows 10/ 11 but then I've seen some other info that says it can be re-enabled.

I can't find any solid info this...
