This is a telling insight into the mind of both AI weirdos and computer people generally.
Computer people often look at law and treat it as code. Undefined behaviour requiring judicial interpretation is bad, right, because undefined behaviour in a compiler is bad. Lack of definition CAN have bad consequences but so can overspecification.
(I'm glad when Parliament passed the Rent Act 1977, they did not define a "family" in terms of heterosexual marriage, for instance.)
