My body isn't designed for running 43 km. The wear and tear was horrible during my year of training for it. I don't lose weight and I didn't see much muscle improvement. Just felt like Sisyphus rolling that rock everyday.
Currently I am focusing on muscle training (calisthenics) and diet (100g meat) which is producing much better results. I went from 95kg to 85kg.
