graphic design student friend is looking for a laptop. she'd prefer an Apple device, but knows her 400 EUR budget means Windows. she needs an okay GPU, would prefer 14" with nicer display (OLED?), optionally convertible with pen. it can be 2nd hand, used, looks don't matter. USB-C to dock it maybe. purchasable in Germany. (inb4: no Linux since Adobe suite required)
