Is anyone else just struggling that there are so many toxins in our world that are literally killing us? I just watched #DarkWaters and am dumbfounded by how much PFAS is in so many things we use on our bodies. I’m pretty sure I need to only buy athletic wear that isn’t going to seep into my bloodstream. The healthier I try to eat, the more expensive it is. It’s truly overwhelming to exist in this world and not spiral downward. Make sure you watch Dark Waters on #Netflix! #PFAS #ForeverChemicals
