I (Dave) am a professional photographer, so I take pictures as we travel and occasionally park us up for a bit to head off on a shoot contract. Truck life is much cheaper than living in bricks and mortar with a mortgage or rent, council tax, water rates, gas bill, electric bill, phone bills, tv license, 2x cars, nursery for Isla etc etc etc. it also, for us, allows us to spend a significantly greater amount of time together as a family and therefore watch Isla grow and develop and guide her in to hopefully being a well-rounded, worldly-educated human. And that is worth its weight in gold, or SATS…whatever is more valuable right now!
