How exactly does one make a #pdf with #foss in a #linux distro (specifically Pop!_OS in this case)? I figure that before I start Writing The Thing in earnest, I should at least know what I should be writing in and how to make bookmarks in it and such. If I have to write in one program and then edit the raw result in another program, that's fine; I just want some idea of how to set up my workflow before I transition from brainstorming and outlining to writing words meant to be read.
