After celebrating NYE I naturally watched the spectacular well made #ccc #38c3 presentation of the VW data leak (not sure if I even want to call this a hack, but what do I know). Terrible security structures aside, WHY THE FUCK even keep this much data? And most importantly: Exactly the same data is generated by all new cars and sent home. I'm really reluctant now to buy a Chinese electric car like I intended... exactly the same data is sent straight to Chinese servers..
