Since its pretty hard to find the phantom universal modchip these days and region free are above 30$ even on aliexpress I was curious of anyone ever figured out how to use a programmable ic to mod a saturn since its perhaps the cheapest and easiest way to modify any console. To my suprise despite barely getting any coverage it has been done by this madlad right here
