So I remember seeing a new style "windmill" somewhere. Essentially they have vertical blades hanging from a cable or something to drive the cable and spin a motor. Way cheaper, non-specialized blades. Yada yada. I can't remember where I saw it. Anyone know what I'm talking about it and what it would be called?
