I don't have any problems with an edit button. What I liked about facebook before it was all fucked to shit was there was an edit option but an edit history was public too.
This way you know, was dude covering up his drunken tangent or simply fixing something for spelling or context.
There was a record but the ability to edit at the same time. Don't see why Nostr can't have this.
