I loooove Thriftbooks! It's not much cheaper for new releases, but anything a few years old is usually a great deal. Been buying from there for years and never had any issues.
Bookshop.org is another alternative if you want a new release or book that's not available on Thriftbooks. They ship from local bookstores instead of Amazon :)
