so using signal is suspicious, but iMessage which apparently is also encrypted isn't suspicious? Apparently the first amendment doesn't matter to prosecutors as well.
Tor in and of itself isn't suspicious as well. This is just as bad as an argument that using bittorrent must only be used for illegal reasons.
