Watched #BillyElliot for #FamilyFilmEvening. It's aged rather well, though possibly a little too nostalgic for the bad old days. Kids have gleefully learned a whole new stable of swearwords and how to use them. Youngest is now going round trying to talk in County Durham accent.
A bit of a relief from their endless Americanisms.
Would love some suggestions from the fediverse for other family films suitable for tweens/young teens with perhaps slightly challenging subjects...
