There have been a lot of opinions about #Threads (sorry for adding more) but I wanted to write down some thoughts. I'm just an attorney. Take them as they are.
1. Yes, Threads is going to kill #Twitter (at least as we know it, and I think it will go bankrupt.
2. I think Threads will be a better replacement for Twitter for society and make more money than Twitter ever did.
3. Most people on Mastodon and BlueSky will hate Threads, and that's ok. We still have this.
