Those are great situations, but by pointing out the exception to the rule, it doesn't pose an argument against making education or training expenses business expenses.
The vast majority of jobs that require degrees, particularly licensed professions, don't have ways of getting paid ahead of time. Should they? Maybe. But pointing out other jobs that do doesn't address whether they should, nor does doing so with an ad hominem attack at the end.
